New to San Carlos Park? Start Here
Welcome to San Carlos Park. This unincorporated community in south Lee County uses Fort Myers mailing addresses in the 33912 and 33967 ZIP codes. This page collects the official links you need in your first few weeks: utilities, trash, schools, flood and evacuation zones, emergency alerts, voting, driver licenses and property taxes. It also links to local businesses listed on Local Atlas HQ.

It shows your trash collection days, electric, water and wastewater providers, evacuation zone, flood zone, fire district, schools, parks and libraries. Services can change from one street to the next, so go by your exact address, not a neighbor’s.
